DIY Rosemary Peppermint Foot Scrub
Learn how to make an easy DIY Rosemary Peppermint Foot Scrub with coconut oil.
This homemade sugar scrub recipe is perfect for achy feet. I’ve been enjoying using it in the evenings after a warm bath. My DIY herbal body scrub recipe works just fine, but I love using peppermint scented products on my feet. It makes them feel cool and refreshed!
Add in some fresh rosemary, and you’re in for a treat! Even better, the sugar is great for removing dry skin, and the coconut oil is moisturizing.
Let’s get into it, shall we?

Ingredients:
- 1 cup white sugar
- 5 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp dried peppermint leaves
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (without the stem)
- 4 drops peppermint essential oil
- 2 drops rosemary essential oil
Directions:
1. In a blender, blend the rosemary and peppermint leaves to your desired consistency. I pulsed mine until it was pretty fine.
2. Mix the sugar and coconut oil in a large bowl.
3. Add the peppermint and rosemary leaves to your bowl of sugar and mix well.
4. Add a few drops of your essential oils.
And you’re done! It’s that easy. Apply this foot scrub to your feet when they’re sore and achy, and rinse off with warm water.
You can store your DIY rosemary peppermint foot scrub in an airtight container for a few days. Because it has fresh rosemary, I would use it within 4-5 days.
If you want it to last a little longer, skip the fresh rosemary and just add a few more drops of rosemary essential oil.
