This week’s 7 day meal plan features dinners that are easy to make, affordable, and perfect for our busy family of 5.
Welcome back! If you’re new here, I share my weekly meal plan every week. Browse all of those posts HERE.
This week I opted for super simple meals that reuse the same ingredients we already have because I didn’t want to spend too much on groceries.
We stocked up on a ton of things last week, so I was able to order groceries for under $200 this week.

I already had the ingredients for chicken alfredo because we just made that dish last week.
We have chicken and potatoes already for the crockpot chicken and potatoes dish. Of course, we made a bulk batch of chicken teriyaki a couple of weeks ago, and I needed freezer space. So, that’s currently thawing in my fridge, ready to be started Wednesday morning.
I’ll likely make some rice the night before to have ready to go for Wednesday evening.
Baked pork chops are always super easy for a weeknight meal, and then over the weekend I’m going to make zucchini pizza boats and garlic bread pizzas, since they use the same ingredients but are different enough to not be boring 2 nights in a row.
Sunday I’m going to prep some crockpot chicken burrito bowls to have throughout the rest of the month.
See you over on Instagram!
