Feed the Jack-o-Lantern Halloween Math Game Free Printable
This Halloween Math Game printable is a great way to add some learning to your Halloween festivities with your preschooler or toddler.
There’s nothing better than teaching your kids without them even realizing they’re doing something educational. Or rather, to create the narrative that learning is fun, instead of a drag.
To do this, I incorporate all kinds of activities and art into our homeschool units. From printable games, like this one, to open-ended sensory exploration, I do my best to provide my son with opportunities to learn naturally through play.
I created this printable counting game for Halloween this year, and thought I would share it for free with others who may want to add something fun to their homeschool preschool during Halloween week.
To play, cut out the jack-o-lantern and accompanying cards. Draw a random card from the deck, and it’ll instruct your child to feed the jack-o-lantern a certain number of candies. There are 4 different types of candies, so they have to match the candies and count! Super fun for little ones! I highly recommend printing on cardstock, but you can laminate as well!
