Halloween Alphabet Practice Worksheets For Preschoolers
I have some new freebies for you this week! These weren’t quite as fun as some of the others that we’ve done, but we needed to really buckle down on writing. I made it as exciting as I possibly could with this adorable Halloween Alphabet Clipart bundle from Dorky Prints. It took a little while to get Jackson interested in filling them out, but once he got going, he was on a roll!

I made two different versions, both of which are available to you in the Printables Library. Version 1 has traceable letters all the way across the line, and Version 2 only has one at the beginning, so your child can write the letters the rest of the way down on their own. Jack has been pretty shy about writing by himself, so I offered the traceable version first, to let him get a feel for writing each letter. He was reluctant to fill the empty one out, but after practicing for a while he was ready to take it on! I had to correct the way he held his pen a few times, but instead of making it a big lesson every single time, I simply changed it and moved on. It was effective!

I have an extra freebie for you today! Woohoo! I wanted Jack to have something fun to do after working hard on these worksheets (something that doesn’t involve sugaring him up). I created this matching game for him which is also available for you in the Printables Library!
I made this matching game using clipart from BHdigitalBox, and the traceable letters found in the worksheets are from The 3 Am Teacher. Both of their shops are full of awesome designs! I’m sure I’ll be buying from them again soon. I want to thank them for creating such good work because without the 3 shops I’ve mentioned in this post, I would have no printables for you today!
I hope your children enjoy the Fall Leaves Matching Game and the worksheets! If you try either of them out, tag me on Instagram (@mymomtasticlife) so I can see!
I can’t wait until my daughter is old enough to use your worksheets. They are awesome!! My best friends daughter is the right age for this so I will tell her about your worksheets!!

Did you put the names of the leaves in the matching game? I like to walk in the forest and identify them, but it’s not always easy to remember them all!
