These homemade popsicles for toddlers are easy to make, and healthy enough to curb any guilt for letting your kids snack on them all Summer long! Check out my favorite combinations for inspiration.
First of all, let’s be clear – these are delicious for people of all ages! I tacked on the “for toddlers” part because it’s one of the few healthy treats my 2-year-old will eat right now.
I made these combinations with him in mind. For a more “adult” approach, especially for the yogurt popsicles, I would probably opt for plain greek yogurt with a bit of honey. Healthier, and in my opinion, yummier! I felt that that would be asking a bit much of my son, though, so vanilla yogurt it was!
I’m always searching for snacks and meals that are both easy to make and at least somewhat healthy. Oh yeah, and you can’t forget the most important part – It has to be something my son will actually eat.
That’s the big problem right there.
These are winners! I mean, of course, right? It’s fruit, cleverly disguised as sugary treats!

You can find popsicle molds just about anywhere during the warmer months. I’ve seen several options at Walmart and Target, but to be honest, they looked a little flimsy. I decided to order this set from Amazon so I could check out some reviews first, and I’m glad I did!
You’ll notice some of my homemade popsicles have a gap at the bottom. That’s because the top of the stick doubles as a drip guard! It’s ok if it doesn’t touch the very bottom. It’s purpose is to catch the drops of melting popsicle. Of course, this is only so effective when it comes to toddlers, but it’s better than nothing.
These gaps also exist because it’s important to leave a little bit of space for expansion while freezing. Some of the ingredients swell more than others, though!
These recipes speak for themselves, especially since I turned them into infographics for Instagram. Sorry for the repetition, but they’re meant as stand-alone graphics. Feel free to save them to your phone for super quick reference!
If you’re inspired by any of these combinations and you try them out yourself, snap a pic and tag me on IG! I’d love to see!
