If you’re looking for relaxation and “me-time” during your pregnancy, look no further. This pregnancy herbal bath is just what you need.

After a long couple of weeks with no hot water, I decided to put together a blend of herbs for a warm bath. When I say it was glorious, I mean it. Was. Glorious.

Simply put all of the herbs in a muslin draw-string bag and allow it to steep in your hot bath for several minutes before getting in.

Magnesium flakes are a great addition as well, and don’t have to be added to the bag. Simply add some to the bottom of the tub and they’ll melt. Soak in your herbal-infused bath for at least 20 minutes.

Ingredients & Materials:

Pregnancy Bath Soak – Herbal Bath

A muslin sack and mason jar full of herbal pregnancy bath blend

All of these ingredients are pregnancy safe and offer aromatherapy and relief for sore muscles. With every pregnancy, my round ligament pain gets more sever and shows up even sooner, and this provided me a ton of relief.

I’ll likely be making it a weekly ritual, along with more pregnancy yoga and stretching!
