Torn Paper Snowflake Craft
With so many Winter crafts to choose from, sometimes we all need an easy torn paper art project to simplify the holidays. If you have a toddler or a preschooler eager to complete as many Winter crafts as possible, it’s easy to start running low on ideas or motivation. This activity is perfect for parents and kid – low prep, engaging, and fun!
This activity hits all the best parts of an at-home holiday craft. It’s Winter-themed, it’s low-prep, and it keeps little hands busy for at least 10 minutes. What more could you want?
You can have your child tear the paper themselves, too which makes for a fun sensory experience in and of itself.
Once the paper scraps are small enough, print out and hand them the snowflake printable listed below, and apply some glue.
Your preschooler will have fun adding the scraps of paper to the snowflake to make a beautiful Winter craft.

Torn Paper Snowflake Craft
Our paper scraps were admittedly a bit too large, and ended up practically covering up the fact that this is a snowflake, but hey. My son still lovingly refers to his snowflake displayed on our homeschool art wall. We both love it, and that’s what matters.
