Ingredients
Method
- In a small jar on a powerful blender like the Blendtec, I used the twister jar, purée the banana until it becomes a soft serve.
- Gently scoop into your popsicle mold down one side. Place in the freezer angled on its side while you purée the strawberries.
- Rinse your blender jar out and purée the strawberries just like you did the bananas.
- Gently pack down the strawberry purée on the opposite side of your popsicle mold. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until frozen.
- Take your popsicle out of the freezer while you prepare the toppings.
- In a small microwavable bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips for 15 seconds at a time until melted, stirring in between.
- Dip or drizzle the popsicle with the chocolate. Immediately sprinkle with the peanuts and sprinkles.
- Enjoy immediately or wrap in plastic and freeze for later.
Notes
Depending on the size of your popsicle mold, you may have left over purée. If you don’t have a popsicle mold, you can always use a paper bathroom cup and peel away the sides once frozen. Also, if you aren’t brave enough to do the purées half and half vertically, you can place them on top of each other too.
