Grilled French Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf challah bread
  • 12-15 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-low heat.
  2. Slice the challah bread into 1" thick slices.
  3. Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla and salt together.
  4. Coat the bread slices in the egg mixture and place on the preheated oil sprayed grill.
  5. Cook until the egg is cooked, flipping half way through, and you have nice grill marks on each side.
  6. Serve warm with syrup and fruit!

Notes

For best results, use a grill with a flat surface or a griddle attachment. Adjust cooking time based on grill temperature.
