Method
- Preheat the grill to medium-low heat.
- Slice the challah bread into 1" thick slices.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla and salt together.
- Coat the bread slices in the egg mixture and place on the preheated oil sprayed grill.
- Cook until the egg is cooked, flipping half way through, and you have nice grill marks on each side.
- Serve warm with syrup and fruit!
Notes
For best results, use a grill with a flat surface or a griddle attachment. Adjust cooking time based on grill temperature.
