Healthier Spinach & Artichoke Dip

A healthier version of warm spinach and artichoke dip made with Greek yogurt, reduced fat cream cheese, and parmesan. Ready in about 15 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat Stonyfield greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 14 oz quartered artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic cloves

Method
 

  1. In a large pot over medium high heat, bring the cream cheese, parmesan, yogurt and butter to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from the heat and add in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve warm with Late July chips.
