S'mores Waffles

What's better than dessert for breakfast? S'mores Waffles for breakfast! Baby proofed and equally as delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs about 7 sheets
  • 1 cup unbleached all-purpose or white whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the waffle iron (I use a this one).
  2. In a medium bowl, stir the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder and baking soda together (dry ingredients).
  3. In a large bowl, beat the brown sugar, vanilla, eggs, milk and olive oil (wet ingredients).
  4. Stir in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until almost combined (it's okay to have a little bit of flour streaks in the batter.
  5. Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray and make the waffles as instructed by the manufacturer.
  6. Top with marshmallow sauce, marshmallow bits, hot fudge and graham cracker chunks.
