Ingredients
  

  • 4 cubes of frozen canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder optional
  • vegan whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. (Optional) Top with whipped cream.

Notes

The frappuccino can be made non-vegan by using whatever milk you have on hand. Freeze remaining pumpkin purée for later use.
