In my system, I show you how to identify your problem spots quickly. It takes about 20 minutes to set up, and from there I just recommend that you start adding your go-to recipes slowly every week.

You’ll take a look at what each day of the week looks like for you, in terms of what you can accomplish in the kitchen. Then, just plug in different meals every week that fall under the different categories.

This week’s

Dinner Meal Plan

  • Monday Chicken Alfredo (using prepped chicken from the night before)
  • Tuesday – Ham and Cheese Sliders
  • Wednesday – Crockpot Italian Chicken, Green Beans, & Potatoes
  • Thursday – Pork Chops, Corn on the cob, Rice
  • Friday – Chicken Burrito Bowl Crockpot Dump Meal
  • Saturday – Eat out or Have Leftovers
  • Sunday – Chicken prep for the week, with mac n cheese

This week, as always, we’re crazy busy and looking for meals that are nutritious but ultimately that are fast and easy for me. My husband is working overtime every week, and there don’t seem to be enough hours in the day.

What are you having this week? What tips do you have for anyone creating a meal plan for a busy week? Let me know in the comments below!
